With a CDV of a small boy in uniform holding a kepi; photo taken at Ford Brothers in Ravenna Ohio. Condition: Very good. Small hole in top skin and the bottom skin broken. No maker's label inside drum.

[Civil War - Veterans] Norman Puffer Civil War Drummer Boy 2nd VT Reg. & IOOF Official Personal Ribbons Lot of 2 including an Odd Fellows ribbon commemorating the dedication of the Battle Monument at Bennington Vermont 1891 and a Representative's badge from the 31st Annual Encampment G.A.R. Dept. of Illinois at Galesburg 1897 and Norman M. Puffer then a 14-year-old from Bennington Vermont enlisted as a musician in June 1861 and soon mustered into the 2nd Vermont Infantry band mustered into the 10th Vermont Infantry that September. He transferred into the Veteran Reserve Corps in 1864.
